Complaints Book
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law No. 29571) and Supreme Decree No. 011-2011-PCM, Strato Andino makes this virtual Complaints Book available to its consumers.
Filing a complaint does not prevent the consumer from using other dispute resolution channels. The provider must respond to the claim or complaint within a maximum of 30 calendar days.
